| TRUST ME when I say that I know just how you feel and I’m a living witness to you that Atkins does make it all better if you follow the plan. I cried for months after I took my before pictures and now I think, had I known how well I was going to do I could have saved myself the tears Let these pictures motivate you to do better and STAY better. | Don't be sad Lover. I am exactly where you are...our height and weight are very similiar. You can do this. I am on my second run and plan to keep the weight off this time. I'm with Dez, use these pictures as motivation. Do you have a journal in journal chats? My journal helps to keep me motivated and accountable. I track my progress, goals and success there. Keep up the good work and turn that sadness into motivation and get to your goal! Take care, I look forward to reading about your progress and success. |

| Hey, it's always good to hear from people in the same situation! Or, in this case, weight/height/etc.! A journal is actually an excellent idea; I could start keeping track of how long I walk/how fast/how much weight I'm lifting, etc.! Cool! Thanks! |
