Great job...what I know for sure is that those kind of results do not happen without dedication and determination, its amazing how that much weight loss from your face can do. You look like a very different man! Keep it up!

wow congrats very excited for you. I would like to see what it is that you are eating daily. I just started induction and plan to remain on induction until I reach my goal weight. |
