| hey man just curious your doing great on this diet- im envious because i had plans to start the day after the super bowl- didnt work out so my question is how much cheese do you eat? i love cheese and the induction says you can have like is it 2 ounces a day? but if u are doing this good on cheese then i know i can have it and how many pieces of bacon do you eat usually? and at dinner how much meat do you eat? thanks man |
