way to go Karen!!!!!  W O W, I can't wait to be able to post my goal weight!! I'm so proud, now you start the maintenance part where the weight stays off!! You are in great company with the others on this board who have successfully made their goals also.

Great job fellow Wisconsinite. I'll be back up there next year. I'm still a few out from goal, but I think I'll be changing goals and coming up with a lower number. I'm having too much fun here.

Thanks much! I am going to try to drop a few more too because I just don't feel like I am where I should be yet, I think probably 125 would be better. Another thing, why are you coming back up here where it is so COLD?

I am retiring next year and my family is all there. They have spent the last 19 years spending enormous sums of money visiting me everywhere around the world. I have the only grandchildren in my family and want to get them home (Waukesha) to grandma. My wife absolutely loves the area too. I am not looking forward to the cold though. I visited in December and left 70 degree weather for a warm for Wisconsin 9 degrees. I was stationed at Great Lakes in the early 2000's after a tour in Hawaii and my son loved it. He was too young to remember Hawaii though. I just caught a good look at your fireplace. My parents have the exact same one minus the mantle.

well, it will be great to have you back here---and I think your family will love being together. One of my son's was at Great Lake's for Basic training and then went all over the place after that. Yeah, I love our fireplace and it gets a ton of use here in the winter! Eventually we plan to move to a warmer climate--most of our family resides in the southwest.
