| thanks sally! my losses have been sporatic and weird. i hit a low, then gain a few, then spend the next week or two getting back down to it, repeat. That can be frustrating, but even with all that weirdless, i'm down 10.8lbs for the month of april, and I have to remind myself to stop worrying about every single weigh in and look at the overall monthly or weekly numbers. they may not be as fast as some people, but c'mon. almost 11lbs in 4 weeks? thats over 2.5lbs a week average. Who could argue with that?

| It is so much fun slimming down into a smaller size. Are you exercising regularly? If not, get going with that because it will certainly help you lose on a more consistent basis. I wish you continued success

| thanks guys! i'm officially down another pound since posting this 2 days ago and sittin' pretty at -18! yay! i'm wearing a t shirt today i got last... june i think? that i've only worn once because it was too tight at an XL. clinging to my sides and showing all my icky jiggly parts. today, it fits like a t shirt should and i dont have to tug on it or feel like its too tight anywhere at all! even my chest, which is a huge change lol
