Starting weight 330, Goal weight 220 My Reasons for loosing weight: to avoid diabetes, to avoid a heart attack, play with my kids without sucking wind, feel better, look better, and to enjoy life more. Goals: Date Achieved: 325 1-07-09 320 1-14-09 315 2-08-09 310 4-01-09 305 4-15-09 300 5-21-09 We moved and I quit eating right for June, July, August, and September. | Ok. I finally broke 300! I weighed in at 299. I think it will continue. From now on, I eat when I am hungry, and not just because it's that time of day.

| Yes I can definately see the difference mostly from your stomach it appears smaller on the after pics well done .Losing 30lb is a very good achievement and every lb counts towards your goal so keep going ,good luck.
