| hi it took me so far 4 months and 20 days) my trick was that i still had my cappuchinos,and ice coffes,my self i had to make normal food for my family(i still do) and i had my carbless food)but if i really really craved for sweet,wich i didnt after a while,then i would eat sweetend peanat butter like 2 table spoon,full!it made me feel full and it tasted yammi)or i bought the diet candys for diabetic people and have 1 here and there,another trick is if there was some kind of nice nice food ,when we wentr somewhere to visit,i tried it,but like a tea spoon of it,that all,im trying to keep my carb intake between 20-50 gramm a day,but as i said i do have tricks)))the nice thing about it that my friends and family use to it by now,and there is always food for me too,like nice bbq meat and salad,and stuff like that,o and iam a diet coke freak,i think without that i coulndt do it... |

For me, times when I am low or tired or ill are really hard (or if I am a tad hungover.... the worst! The Dominos leaflet is by my side all day just calling my name!). Am sure I still have a few kinks to iron out (main one being that I get really wound up by people who say, 'Why don't you just eat a balanced diet?' or 'No diet that cuts out an entire food group is good for you!' - I can never give them a satisfactory answer, darnit!!) ![]() Ho-hum!
