| I'm bumping this thread to add my 4 weeks pic. I have lots zero weight in the past week (thanks Wingstop! ), but my size has gone down.![]()
__________________ What I do: Elliptical gym machine 1 hr Tue-Sun At 320, switch to cycling on my Trek 500 2 filtered containers water/day Daily salads/veggies Goals: Stop needing High Blood Pressure meds - DONE! | You should measure the it and see how many inches. When i was going to the gym i wasn't losing any weight, but when i measured myself, the waist measurement went down but the weight stayed the same. It's a good motivator if you don't see the scale moving. |
