| Can definitely see it in your arms, and I am seeing signs of a smaller neck as well! I see the difference all over, but those places are the two that are most noticeable to me.

| I want to commend you on your progress so far. As Mary Poppins says, "Well begun is half done." I think starting is often the hardest part in any accomplishment. In addition to the noticeable loss of inches, do you feel physically or mentally any different/better? |
