| Thanks guys for your support! I think this will be really easy for me. Both my parents have only lost 5 pounds each and I've lost over 10 in less than 2 weeks. I walk and run for at least an hour a day. Now I'm going to incorporate crunches and strength training again. I hurt my wrist and got tendonitis so I'm trying to let that heal. But I can work on my lower body for the time being by doing more heavy cardio and squats and lunges and other stuff. I am beginning to see myself at my goal weight. I can visualize it now. I'm finding this board to be a really good source of inspiration and motivation. I am only 20 but I want to live a long, happy, and lean life where I can wear whatever clothes I want and do whatever activities I want to do without my weight being in the way. So thanks to everyone for your kind and motivational words. ![]() |
