I think my self-esteem is the part that suffers most when I let myself put on weight, but it's picking up a lot as the numbers come down ![]() I've also been doing a 'Pole-dancing for Fitness' class 3 times a week for the last 3 months and this has given me a massive boost to my confidence: I'd really recommend it to anyone. I'd never have left the house in shorts before, but now I own countless pairs, and it's improved my strength and co-ordination no end! Hula-hooping has also been great fun. As I have been letting myself get away with a few illegal foods recently , I am going to do a week or so induction to get my head back on track, and have signed up to the June no-cheat forum, so hopefully the next 10-20lbs will come off in a nice steady manner! Wish me luck, and thanks everybody again.
