Thanks john for the compliment and thank you.. Disney and chantilly.. clarks Ive been Busting my butt lately exercising gym wii active which is awsome .. i walk/ run and do lots of kick boxing

keep it up....I've lived this way of life for a number of years and it is so worth it but it's one day at a time an baby steps all the way...how's your excercise routine???
