Hello All, here are a couple of pictures of my progress!

This is me at 225 pounds, I was a size 18 (US) and a serious XL!


And this is me this past weekend, size 8 US and a size Small wrap! Hard to believe it! I've got a little less than 15 lbs to go for goal!


If I can lose this much any one here can do it and more! It hasn't been as quick or as easy as it could have been due to falling off the wagon a couple of times along the way but I am so glad that I always got back on and that I am here for the long run! Anyone here can absolutely do it too! Thank you so much for reading!

And sorry that for some reason the pictures seem HUGE...don't know how to make them smaller!!

I also started out at 225, I'm 5'8. Currently 181 and can't wait till I hit 164 and especially 150.
