Default What a difference 3 weeks can make (with pictures)

This was an update for the journal, but thought why not make it on the main forum.

Its only 9.4 pounds off but I think im gaining muscle what do you think? lol

Thanks liz

UPDATE:

Had some wine at the weekend, well quite a bit, well a lot, well, 140cl

BEen adding cardio an hour on the bike each day to help get the weight loss back on, and extending induction for the week, might have a drink the weekend if i lose a few more pounds.

Suprisingly my weigh in was the same after drinking, I hadent put anything on, I was expecting a pound at least but no gain.

Todays weigh in is

14st 0.4Lbs

Posted some pictures if anyone interested, there are pictures from start 3 weeks ago and current ones aftert work out.

gaining quite a bit of muscle due to all the training with weights, im pressing a lot of weight for around 1 hour per day

Start of programme

Since wine is very low carb, you shouldn't gain by drinking it... HOWEVER, your body burns the wine and not the fat... so while your body is processing the wine you are not burning fat, and that's fat you could have burned but didn't...

So you started out fit and toned... put on a couple of stone through overeating... then you lost 2 stone again very quickly all over a couple of months??.

Did you continue to train or do physical exercise while putting the weight on?

On your youtube channel you mention that your doing this as an experiment.. so what are your findings so far?

Did you measure your before (fit) during (fat) and now data such as BMI and body fat content?

What have been some of your findings? such as mental, physical and social, from your experience before (fit) during (fat) and current..?

Your findings could be very interesting.. maybe not completely representative of members in the forum who have possibly genetic, metabolic, eating disorders, or other reasons why they need to loose weight, who do not have a massive callorie burning machine under their excess body fat, but interesting none the less.

Thank god your not doing this so you can sell some magical fat burning powder or anything else numerous scam artists do on the internet.

Well done with your weight loss and your experiment!
