| Congratulations! ![]() And please believe me when I say that it shows! If nothing else, have you not noticed your clothes are hanging loose? And you're only 11lbs away from your first milestone.Keep with the plan and the going gets easier, with a lot more variety down the line. At some point you may wish to start with some moderate exercise - I just walked, to start with - and you will see that that helps keep up the pace of weight loss. |

| Julie, I can see a great difference! Look at your face! It's so skinny! Next, stroll down to your shoulders and chest area. You are taking on more of a pear shape instead of a round shape. And, even though that pear is becoming visible, you ARE still shrinking in the lower half, just look how much more loose your pants look! I think you are doing a great job. And 4 months in is a wonderful commitment. Just stick to it and you will continue to notice results. Congrats and good luck.h

| I can see it, too. I was going to say, "Look at your face". It seems rounder in the first picture and definitely NOT in the second picture. What an inspiration. Great job. Good for you for moving on to OWL...
