| Hey chip there is some courage! I too have been lurking on here for a couple of weeks... And I too have been saying WOW... OMG and more! I am currently 286 lbs and am due to start Atkins on the 1st of August, I am spending the rest of this week reading the book (and 3 other Atkins ones I just bought) and clearing out the food in the kitchen. The main thing thats holding me back is knowing what to get to have as lunches at work... So I have this week to work that out. On the 1st I plan on having some pictures taken and seeing as you had the guts, I have promised myself I have no excuses! Well done, you have taken the first step, I look forward to watching your progress |
