| Good luck, you can do it! Nice progression with your pics from before. I did Atkins in 2003 and don't really have any pics to show for it. Don't have many pics this time around either (I am always the one taking the pics lol). But I think it is helpful to see the progression. I think it is very motivating. Btw, you have a beautiful family...your daughter is so sweet. Jane |

| hi and welcome back Nickle - Check the STAC Second Time Around Club - Atkins Diet for additional support. Re-read the book, make sure you get enough pure water in daily (64oz is recommended), exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin. Do this for you -- not for someone else. Good luck again!

| Hey Nick ... Welcome back man! I'm also a new dad and our stories are much alike ... lost tons of weight --> landed a hot blonde --> married her --> got fat again --> just had a baby 2 months ago. I just started the induction about a week ago and I feel great. Let's loose this weight and keep it off man ... we got babies that need a healthy dad.
