| Hi all, Thanks so much for your support! I'm down another pound today, so that makes 50lbs down from my highest weight ever, and 28 lbs down in the 34 days I've been on Atkins. I have to say that after years of being on limited calorie diets, Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers and every other diet under the sun (cabbage soup, food combining, the Beverly Hills diet, etc) this really has been the easiest way of life for me.
