| Thank you everyone so much for your compliments YsaYsa1, I got your PM but it wouldn't allow me to respond. It said you do not accept private messages. Here are my beginning stats: 22 yrs old, 5'2'' 175 lbs Current 5'2'' 168 lbs For the last week I've been eating a few pieces of bacon for breakfast. If I can't have a salad for lunch, I will eat some hard boiled eggs or a cheese burger with no bun. Dinner consists of meat with a side salad, but I actually had egg salad for dinner last night with a tomato slice and creamed spinach. For snacks I eat sliced jalapeno peppers with cream cheese topped with bacon. Check in the produce isle in your grocery store (refrigerated) to see if you can find zero-carb salad dressing. |
