| Wow! You look great! I know a picture just captures one isolated moment, but not only are you looking much slimmer in the second photo, you also look much happier. You're doing it!
__________________ Started 8/31/09: 235.8lbs. 9/29/09: 227.0 10/13/09: 224.0 (yes, it's slow, but it's still happening!) Goal: 140 lbs. AND... I'd like a regular bath towel to fit all the way around me. I'd like to be able to fit into clothes bought at a regular store, not a store for "large women". I'd like to go on the annual rafting trip with my kids, confident that if I get tossed out of the raft into the river, I'll be able to hoist my backside back in with a minimum of embarasment! |

| Yes definitely, the stomach is the most noticeable but it's coming off all over. ![]() Did you take measurements? I bet you would find you lost a lot of inches there.

| Are you kidding?? Well, yeah...check out the tummy in the first pic and then your t-shirt is loose around your middle in the second pic. Also, your face looks thinner and your arms and especially your hands don't look pudgy. Yaay...you're doing it!!!

| Thanks!!!! It's very conforting to see kind words from other people making the same journey I'm doing. I didn't realize the fact that i was sad in the first photo, but you did, This forum has been a inspiration to stay in the way, and foremost, to wake up and keep walking in the worse moments (oh, chocolate..., i miss you). When I started changing my life with atkins method, I never imagined how easy would be, neither the mind changes you have to make to keep up a Atkins lifestyle forever. I will publish more photos when i reach my next mini goal, 50 lb lost. Thank you, thank you and thank you again for your words!. |
