| Thank you all for your kind comments. While I don't have a specific menu to post, I can tell you how a typical day looks for me: For breakfast, I usually have a Diet Mt. Dew. I'm usually not at all hungry in the mornings, but if I am I'll eat a small handful of roasted almonds. Usually if I eat lunch I will eat something like a Back Yard Burger chicken sandwich, sans the bun of course. A lot of times I'm not hungry and/or too busy, so I'll just have more almonds. For dinner, I have a healthy portion of a protein and vegetables. For example, pan fried chicken (no breading) in olive oil, with a lemon basil butter sauce and a nice salad or some other vegetable. I love roasted squash with parmesan cheese, brussels sprouts with bacon, green beans with bacon, etc. Hope this helps. Thanks again. |
