Well I thought I would post a couple of pictures and start building visual results! I'm nervous, but here it goes.


My first week, October 5th.






October 20th






(no makeup..sorry if I scared anyone!)


Maybe as I lose more weight I will get comfortable with body shots, but right now I'm just not feeling it. Thanks for all the support!
