ntrylady, I don't know if i'd say I feel 'good' about myself, I have a really skewed version of what I look like, as im sure a lot of overweight (or underweight for that matter) people do.
I -will- say though, I'm WAY more confident that I ever used to be. We camp at the renaissance festival, and in that first picture I wore that weird sleeveless shirt around our campsite, but i never would have been caught dead inside the park wearing it. This year I walked around in a halter top like i'd done it all my life. No more constantly tugging at my clothes and feeling like no matter what I wore I looked horrible. I just... put it on and go. Like a normal person lol

That's been an awesome feeling for me too... getting clothes in the regular size shops and not attracting attention when I go anywhere for the way I look... looking like a normal person.

hah speaking of regular size shops, I don't have to buy bras in lane bryant anymore. I dished out 105 bucks on bras from victoria's secret the other day, and they're actually pretty, not big industrial granny bras. Woo!

I have a 20 year old niece that lives in France. She is 6'. LONG BLACK hair.
And a figure to die for!!! She has had suggestions to go into modeling since about the age of 15, but her parents didn't think it would be the best life for her. At the time she was upset, but she is glad now that she didn't pursue it.
