I will look for the Sweetleaf for sure. I LOVE my coffee with sweetner but I don't want to slow down my weightloss. I just bought a bag of the Splenda granulated stuff to make the little cream cheese cloud thingys with. I am gonna put some mint in the too I think. Just to liven it...

Reply to Splenda NO-MORE!!!Well, I looked at the ingredients of powdered nutrasweet, and it contains the same two sugar fillers to bulk up the product.

I am a restarter on the diet as well. I let bad habits and a boyfriend who loves to cook to derail me. I had to remember that I am responsible for what goes in my mouth so I started on Atkins again. In only a few days I started feeling better again.September 7, 2008, 07:23 PM

Reply to Splenda NO-MORE!!!Wow, GottaBme. I can see your frustration. I am having a hard time with the restrictions on sweetners. I used to use the store brand of Equal but switched to the store brand of splenda. I don't enjoy my coffee any longer. I did find the flavored packets however and that helped.
