    Steak 1/2 ribeye about 10 oz
    Avacado
    Kipper Snacks

    BTW Kipper Snacks are awesome!!! Really anything from King Oscar rocks ... if you see the brand in your store try it. I was in Norway a while back and they live on this stuff. Its big for breakfast as well as lunch.

  2. I know this will piss off many women but ...

    OK so as I have noted in one of my videos I have been weighing myself. Last night before I went to bed I weighted 270.0. My starting weight I think was 279.5 so I am currently down 9.5 lbs in 3 days.

    So I know many women get pissed off about this because it is easier for men to lose weight, which I partially agree with. My theories why this is true: 1) Men tend to weigh more so unless a woman is 279 lbs ... it is probably unrealistic for her to lose 3% 2) Maybe men because ...

  3. Carb total for the day

    So this is my carb total for the day:

    2 grams carbs for coffee
    8 grams carbs for shake
    0 grams for salmon
    9 grams carbs for 3 slices of pizza without the bread part ( just the cheese very light sauce )
    5 grams of carbs 1/2 avacado small
    0 grams of carbs 10 oz ribeye steak
    ====
    24 grams ... ok slightly over. However today was my wifes birthday so no cake or whatever.

  4. Here was the assault bike from today ... this is way harder than it looks ...



    I couldnt do any muscle ups ( you can see the people doing them in the background ) so I was subbed assault bike

    Its for every 2 minutes do 20 calories for 5x ... total of 100 calories in 10 minutes. Very taxing.

    Pot of coffee for breakfast
    Shake and coffee after workout.
    Salmon with mayo and a bit of siracha for lunch
    I think i am having a rib eye steak for dinner
    Lets say I am at 10 - 12 carbs so far

  6. My Crossfit workout today

  7. Here was my crossfit workout earlier ... video was too big and took a while to upload





    • Strength Back Squat 3 @ 80% / 3 @ 85% / 3 @ 90% 2 min rest between sets
    • Conditioning AMRAP16
      • 200m Run
      • 40 Double Unders
      • 8 Cleans (Sx = 95#/65# Rx = 135#/95# CRx = 185#/125#)

    • Finisher Elevate Pigeon Pose 2 min x each leg


    I had some shoulder pain so I subbed the cleans I did 8 goblet squats + 8 kettlebell swings
