    • EMOM10 – 1 Clean – Start @ 80% of 1RM. From this day forward, if you see the word “clean” by itself, you must squat it.
    • Conditioning – For Time – “The Lime and The Coconut”
      • 100 Double Unders (Sx = 2 min of attempts)
      • 2 Cleans (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 185#/125#)
      • 80 Double Unders (Sx = 90 sec of attempts)
      • 4 Cleans
      • 60 Double Unders (Sx = 1 min of attempts)
      • 6 Cleans
      • 40 Double Unders (Sx = 45 sec of attempts)
      • 8 Cleans
      • 20 Double
