Today was the first day of induction.

I was planning on starting Atkins on Sept.2, the day after my son's third birthday. But I wasn't that thrilled eating birthday cake (for me) back on Tuesday. So not thrilled that I decided that this week was the week.

I need to go out and buy some supplements. I used to pooh-pooh them, but I've seen them change my life in the last two years. Also, I guess I need some...

Crap Crap Crap...
I gave up after the two week induction and celebrated that I survived that long. Since then I never looked back. I just looked for the next weight loss miracle. Well, I just got back from the family cruise that I jumped out of every picture. Isnt it so nice of me to ALWAYS offer to take the picture...lol.

Well, just wanted to say I'm on day one and I'll redo day one as many times as I want too
(That reminds me of the movie Groundhog Day)...
