What I just discovered (shoulda known this before but hadn't looked it up yet) is that powdered Splenda such as in the packets or "Splenda for Baking" is a tiny bit of sucralose mixed with Dextrose and Maltodextrin for the fillers which are both sugars!!!!!


It would take a microscope to see the tiny bit of sucralose in a packet of splenda. In other words, 99.9% of the packet is Dextrose and Maltodextrin -- insulin-raising, weight-stalling, ketosis-killing sugar!!!!!...

Today is day 11.
I won't be able to weigh in on my 14th day of induction because I will be doing the weigh no way challenge. I am hoping for a pleasant surprise next Sunday the 13th!
So far it is sixteen lbs (as of this morning's weigh in) and close to 12 inches all over total.
I think after my weigh in next Sunday I am going to treat myself to something small if I have lost at least 20 lbs.
It's getting a bit better since I am trying new recipes and not just sticking...
