Hi everyone! i'm restarting atkins again after i've binged a bit last week on my damn annual vacation i'm only human so i'm giving myself another chance, but this time i'm really gonna give it 110% ......i'm gonna try 2 increase my workout from one hour on my treadmill to an hour an a half (even if i'll b on a lower speed, if i get too tired) .....i'll decrease my cheese intake , and i'll use more olive oil than butter or ghee, i know i don't need to lessen the calories, but...
