Eating Disorder Vs Lack of self-discipline?

I'm starting to worry about myself quite a lot. As many of you know, I've been on the Atkins journey since October 2005. The first time around, I lasted 1.5 years, lost an immense amount of weight, and fell off the wagon due to severe depression (I was suicidal for over a year, so understandably Atkins wasn't my priority at that point in my life).

Now that I feel I've rebuilt myself, and my life, I've spent the last year or so battling with my weight. I'm back to my original weight...

I'm Back :)

i was on the diet around the first of this year and was actually doing pretty good...why i decided to stop is beyond me....anywho...i ended up gaining back whatever weight i did lose plus an extra 5 lbs...so needless to say i am up to 270lbs...my highest weight ever.....that pretty much sucks....so here i am...back again with a positive attitude as i know this program truly works...also joined the local gym here in town..so hopefully between the 2 my pounds will gladly start melting away...one can...

I've been away too long and I am afraid to step on the scale!

No excuses, I fell off the wagan and have gained some weight back. I need to get motivated again and get back to Atkins. No more bread and I have to exercise again. I got a bad case of platerfaciatis(bad heel pain) and stopped exercising. I have several stresses in my life right now and I need to put things in perspective and get back to a way of eating that has always been successful me! Here's to finding that motivation again. I am afraid to step on the scale!

3rd week finished successfully :)

hi everyone i lost 1.5 kgs this week, (i.e. 3 lbs), not much, but it's still a loss & since i workout everyday for 2 hours, my legs r beginning to look better i still have a long way 2 go, but i'll get there and i know that the longer i diet & the closer i get 2 my goal, the weight loss will decrease ......so it's ok, i'll just hang in there

Hiiiiiiiiiii everyone i finally managed 2 get through last week successfully i lost 3 pounds & i maintained my 2 hour work out it wasn't easy (work & chores at home + treadmill), BUT IT WAS WORTH IT
