SO this is my first blog...I hope I am posting it right..

I am on day three today and I have lost a total of 5 pounds. I still have 114 pounds to go....but hey, I have to start somwhere. My husband is doing it with me, he wanted to lose some to, which makes life a little easier. I am kinda at a loss right now what to make for meals, so I am scanning all the different recipes here in the forums to help. I can't seem to make anything else other then omlettes, a meat and veggie meal, and jello/whipping...
