			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>SO this is my first blog...I hope I am posting it right..:) I am on day three today and I have lost a total of 5 pounds. I still have 114 pounds to go....but hey, I have to start somwhere. My husband is doing it with me, he wanted to lose some to, which makes life a little easier. I am kinda at a loss right now what to make for meals, so I am scanning all the different recipes here in the forums to help. I can't seem to make anything else other then omlettes, a meat and veggie meal, and jello/whipping cream for a treat. I need to open up new ideas. I can't wait to be thin....sigh....I feel better already though, it's like just knowing theses first five pounds are gone...it's such a good feeling. I almost feel like it not possible to lose more then 20lbs cuz I never lost more then that on any diet, even on atkins from before when I was in it because I got all upset when I stalled for a week so I quit. I WON'T DO THAT THIS TIME. (yes I am yelling at myself). It seemes unreachable like a dream to be 150 again.....will it happen? YES.</div>
