Hi! I'm Kelly. This is my blog. I am on day 23 of extended induction. I am starting this today because I have stalled and I do not like it and I want to track things better. Here are my statistics in case anyone cares:
Start Date: 01/05/2009
Start Weight: 131.0
Current Weight: 122.4
Goal Weight: 105 (I'm 5'2")
Goal Date: 04/01/2009
So here is what I am eating today:
Breakfast:
1.5 Scrambled Eggs
.25T Butter
2 Sausage Patties
Total Carbs: 1.7 Calories: 280
Snack:
1 Slice Ham
1oz. Sharp Cheese
Total Carbs: 2.0 Calories: 130
Lunch:
1C. Cabbage, green, fried (YUMMY!!)
2 Roasted Chicken Drumsticks
.5T Olive Oil
Total Carbs: 8.3 Calories: 298
Dinner:
4oz. Pork Tenderloin
2C. Romaine
.5oz Romano Cheese
1T Salad Dressing
Carbs: 8.7 Calories: 273
Total Carbs: 20.7
Total Calories: 981
Ratio: 60% F, 33% P and 8% C

I only drink water and I will excersize for one hour consisting of the 45 minute video, Four Fast Miles, and 15 minutes of upper body work.
NOTE TO READERS:
My calorie count is low today I normally try to keep it between 1100 and 1300 but I let it fluctuate too. The above food is more than enough so today that is what I will have.

Like your menu...and LOVE fried cabbage...it is soooo good. I think I am going to follow this menu next week.
