This is my blog about doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. The workout DVD has 3 levels and is about 28 minutes long.
The DVD says you can lose 20lbs in 30 days. Let's just see if this is true.
I will be doing level 1 for 10 days
level 2 for 10 days
level 3 for 10 days
I will post at least once a week to track my inches. I will record the waist and bust measurements because these are the areas that need work, my arms and legs are skinny.

I have not been a good girl doing Jillian. I only seem to want to do it when my husband isn't home. Our bedroom is too small to do her 2 lvl tape so I haven't done it for the past two days. I will do so tomorrow since he is at work, and he'll be at work for the weekend too.
I have been doing exercises though. I do ab exercises, I do her circuits but I don't do as many. So I am happy to say I still think I'm losing inches. We'll see on Sunday. If not, then I'll be more strict with Jillian. I am at 156, but I drink salted water so that weight won't stay for long.
