This is my blog about doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. The workout DVD has 3 levels and is about 28 minutes long.
The DVD says you can lose 20lbs in 30 days. Let's just see if this is true.
I will be doing level 1 for 10 days
level 2 for 10 days
level 3 for 10 days
I will post at least once a week to track my inches. I will record the waist and bust measurements because these are the areas that need work, my arms and legs are skinny.

I have not done Shredded this whole weekend. I did exercise though. I just don't feel the motivation to do it right now. I did lose weight though by exercising. I have to do measurements tomorrow since I skipped yesterday.
