This is my blog about doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. The workout DVD has 3 levels and is about 28 minutes long.
The DVD says you can lose 20lbs in 30 days. Let's just see if this is true.
I will be doing level 1 for 10 days

level 3 for 10 days
I will post at least once a week to track my inches. I will record the waist and bust measurements because these are the areas that need work, my arms and legs are skinny.

And I'm not making any promises. I get so fired up and then I run out of steam. I'm taking Atkins and exercise one day at a time. So far so good. I'm into day 3, I haven't cheated at all. I want to have a clean induction!
I started Monday with a starting weight of 164. I step on the scale all the time, but I will officially weigh in on Mondays.
