			<description><![CDATA[And I'm not making any promises.  I get so fired up and then I run out of steam.  I'm taking Atkins and exercise one day at a time.  So far so good.  I'm into day 3, I haven't cheated at all.  I want to have a clean induction!

			<description><![CDATA[I have not been a good girl doing Jillian.  I only seem to want to do it when my husband isn't home.  Our bedroom is too small to do her 2 lvl tape so I haven't done it for the past two days.  I will do so tomorrow since he is at work, and he'll be at work for the weekend too.

I have been doing exercises though.  I do ab exercises, I do her circuits but I don't do as many.  So I am happy to say I still think I'm losing inches.  We'll see on Sunday.  If not, then I'll be more strict with Jillian.  I am at 156, but I drink salted water so that weight won't stay for long.</div>

So I ate two cheeseburgers without the bun, and some brussels sprouts.  I did do 30 day shred.  I had a mini milestone today.  I was able to do one whole set of pushups without stopping.  I did pause for a few seconds on the second set, but I didn't stop nearly a much as yesterdy.  I even banged out the bicycle ab exercise without stopping.  <br />
<br />
I wanted to stop my abs were burning, but I didn't.  I am happy with my little bit of progress.  Tomorrow will be my halfway point on level one. I will also do my walk away the pounds tomorrow.  I still feel like a jiggly mess, but hopefully by the end of this program some inches will have melted off of me.  Hopefully I can burn off a pant size getting me down to an 8.  I'd love a 6 but I might be stretching it. lol.</div>

I'm cooking dinner now.  Some chicken breasts with veggies.  I didn't  lose or gain again with the veggies, so I'm in week two, to isolate veggies to see if I  lose.</div>

I have had Jillian's video for 2 months, and attempted to try the video this past summer.  I was really out of shape and gave up after trying it twice.  Now I am determined to work out everyday for the 30 days.  I will also add walk away the pounds 3 mile walk three times a week.  I will do the walking first because I can actually do the whole video without wanting to die, and I don't think I could  go  from Jillians to Leslie's video.<br />

And there you have it.  I started today:<br />

Day 1:<br />

Finished the first level.  I stopped 4 times for 5 seconds each.  I pushed myself through the exercises and tried my hardest to finish.<br />
