Need to Push Harder

Although I have not gained any weight, I am not staying on the plan as I should there are too many distractions in my life lately and I don't think I am working out hard enough. I have decided that I need to be at the gym 5 days a week.
I am refocused on my goal and Monday is my next weigh in day, I sure hope I am closer to my next goal of 229.5. I just can't wait to be in the 220's! It has been a very long time!
