Focus! Focus!

I am a bit intimidated to step on the scale after falling off the wagon. My pants already tell me the tale of the pounds coming back on. I have gone back to introduction again, just to get the sugar and crap out of my system. The past few weeks I have been eating way too much bread and visited Panera far too many times. I had a few "life issues" that I needed to deal with and fell back into old habits while working through them, I know I am stronger then that. Devine order, I am worthy...

I've been away too long and I am afraid to step on the scale!

No excuses, I fell off the wagan and have gained some weight back. I need to get motivated again and get back to Atkins. No more bread and I have to exercise again. I got a bad case of platerfaciatis(bad heel pain) and stopped exercising. I have several stresses in my life right now and I need to put things in perspective and get back to a way of eating that has always been successful me! Here's to finding that motivation again. I am afraid to step on the scale!

Time to Focus and Get Going Again

My weight is not coming off fast enought, because I have been cheating a bit on the plan and I need refocus. I am lost half the weight to my goal and know I can make it once I get back on track. No excuses, I have had to deal with a few bumps in the road, but life is always going to be like that. I had to put my beloved dog to sleep and for a couple of days used food to comfort me, but while thinking about what I was eating, I realized that it didn't tast good and it really wasn't comforting me...

Still on this horrible plateau!!!! Major Fustration

For some reason by body is not cooperating! I have been on a plateau for at least a month. I am exercising more and gone back to introduction, but my body dose not want to let go of more pounds! Arghh!!!! I am not going to give up I am over half way to my goal.

I know that one culprit might be Diet Pepsi, I was doing fantastic for awhile and then I always cave and have just one, which turns into two and then if I am at a restaraunt, the bottomless glass of soda is my friend. However,...

Need to Push Harder

Although I have not gained any weight, I am not staying on the plan as I should there are too many distractions in my life lately and I don't think I am working out hard enough. I have decided that I need to be at the gym 5 days a week.

I am refocused on my goal and Monday is my next weigh in day, I sure hope I am closer to my next goal of 229.5. I just can't wait to be in the 220's! It has been a very long time!
