Little Debbie- Was Never A Friend of Mine

I never attempted to actually make a blog of my success or failures with weight loss, so here goes. I am trying to get in better shape for my family.
I have my days where the kids eat there high carb foods and I drool- but I know that in the long run that little debbie snack wont help me squeeze into that smaller size. Who needs Little Debbie anyways- she's just a munipulator. lol
My Dh is also living the same life style so that makes life a lot easier. I think the most difficult thing is when he is away due to his work takes him away from home 2-4 weeks sometimes longer- is fixing dinner. Fixing something for one person, then for just the kids is
annoying. Most the time I just end up having a salad.
The scale lately seems to fluctuate like the weather- but I know that with time it will eventually move on down. Time will pass regardless-- right?
Im trying to cut back and eventually quit smoking. Im not sure why I even smoke. I can't stand how it makes my clothes smell. I use it as a crutch- Im not a weak person, but those few minutes I step outside away from it all can be very important. I think starting next month which is Monday- I am going to trade the cig for a bottle of water.
I will achieve everything I set my mind to. Or go a little crazier in the process of trying.
