Food Journal Day 27 Wednesday 1/28/09

I've noticed today that I am really wanting to just eat bad stuff...I gave in and ate 5 french fries from Mickey D's...I almost ate the bread, too, I wanted to eat the english muffin off my egg mcmuffin this morning...I've started drinking some soda lately, I've had a soda yesterday and then 2 more today...I have also been drinking iced tea and other beverages that have artificial sweetners in them...I don't know if that is the problem causing my cravings, but I'm going to eliminate them all together and just go back to my regular old iced tea and water.
Breakfast:
Toppings off a pep and cheese pizza slice
Sausage Mcmuffin w/ egg, no muffin
Iced Tea
Lunch:
Sausage w/peppers, onions, spinach
Sugar Free Jello
Diet Dr Pepper
Dinner:
Big n tasty, no bread
Cheeseburger, no bread
Diet Coke
Snack:
Pork Rinds
Iced Tea
Low Carb Vanilla Ice Cream w/cinnamon and butter drizzled on it
