Deja vu all over again

Went to Starbucks again and had nothing but water.

Hang in there - I know it is hard to give up a habit. I am trying to stop by Diet Pepsi addition. I did find some no carb flavor packets to add to water so I don't get sick of just plain water. I keep reminding myself that there is no nutritional value to Diet Pepsi and it stains my teeth and I will not bring it in the house anymore.

Thanks for the encouragement!

It is really hard breaking an addiction to cola drinks. I did it a long time ago but it took several attempts. Good luck and you'll feel so great that you did!

Yesterday I went out to eat for lunch and was in a panic - could I find something on the menu with low carbs and then she asked what I wanted to drink - nothing like an endless glass of Diet Pepsi - but I said, "water please" it is a small victory. But well worth it.

I wasn't finished yet with my post. .......but variety seems needed at times. Is there such a thing as having too much splenda??? I have been caffeine free for over two months and I am drinking hot decaf tea in the morning and occasional Diet Zero sodas. Any suggestions???

I think it's easy to have too much Splenda.
What else do you like?
I did try the Tazo Sweet Orange hot tea there.
I find water a lot easier to drink, too, if it's really cold with lots of ice.
