K, I've been back on for a week and lost 9 pounds, course I had gained 8 so its just an extra pound but I'll take it.

I just went back and read my blogs from last time I did this. What the heck happened?? I was doing so good I was down 27 pounds and that was the last entry - what the heck did I do after that - seriously did I just go eat for a year and here I am again, well I guess so cos here I am again and I'd kill to have that 27 off instead of back on. Its funny reading that I lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks and said I wished it was 15! How ridiculous that sounds - I'll be beyond thrilled if I hit 14...

I lost 4 pounds this week. Last week I stayed the same and I was so irritated. So when I got on this morning and it was 4 I was so happy . I'm now at 27 pounds in 9 weeks. We pushed our vacation back by a week so I have 10 more weeks before we go. At the rate I'm going which seems to average 2 pounds a week I can lose 20 more pounds by then. My overall goal was to lose 40 pounds before we went away and I should be between 45 - 50. I've been walking 2 miles 3 nites a week and just...

well i'm back to losing 2 again. I was hoping last week would start a new trend and it would be 3 pounds each week but nope I lost 2 this week. So now I am at 23 lbs. I'm happy with that and would rather have 2 than 1 but I'd like to see a faster weight loss and have a couple of weeks with a 4 or 5 thrown in. Oh well, its been 6 weeks and if someone would have told me I'd be down 23 lbs. in 6 weeks I doubt I would have believed them.

Well I needed 2 pounds this week to hit 20 and instead I got 3 woohooooo! (happy dance) Now I'm at 21 in 6 weeks and I'm very happy with that. I leave for vacation in almost 12 weeks. I wanted to have 40 off by then and I'm sure I can do it. I think I could pretty much do 50. I love when I have a number in mind and get a bigger number instead - it just makes my day
