Well all, I'm on day 33 of extened induction and so far things have been going well. I've currently lost 18.2 lbs and 12.25 inches! Exercise is going well; I actually feel extremely good while I'm doing my morning walks. I've noticed my energy level rising more and more each day, which is something I am going to truly try and appreciate with this WOE. I do plan to move on to OWL at the beginning of next week.

Well, as the title of this blog reveals I am now on day 19 of induction. I chose to stay in this phase for an additional week just to give me body a chance to realize what is going on; I mean, this way of eating is a shock to it. I also have about 95 more pounds to lose before I reach my desired goal of 140 lbs.
