Still stuck

My scale is actually .5 up from the lowest and I have been stuck for a few days on this number. Found out that a plateau is no change for a month so hope that doesn't happen .

Breakfast: 2 eggs w 3 slices bacon
Lunch: beef hot dog and cheese stick
supper: t-bone steak and salad

Need to exercise for sure. Can a person not eat enough on this diet? Just wondering why I might be stuck. Probably the exercise would make a huge difference. My legs still...

weight is a bit stuck

I am not too concerned but my weight over the last 4 days has varied 1/2 pound up and down. I think I need to get some exercise. Think my eating has been good. I will write down my food and any advice would be great. Tried the 1 carb ketchup and it sure made a difference.

Breakfast: 3 slices bacon, 2 eggs with shred cheese on top.
Lunch: 3/4 of hamburger patty and some veggies, raw radish, celery strips and peppers, 1 small carrot
Supper:green pepper stuffed with...

Day 11

I just had 2 eggs and 3 pieces of bacon and it really made me nauseous. I hope this comes to an end shortly.

Also seem to be having a challenge with variety in my meal planning. I have a beef roast on for dinner, always nice to come home from church and have dinner ready. Anyhow, I don't have any cauliflower or cabbage, not sure what veggies to put with it. Guess I need to keep the pantry stocked better.

My weight was the same as yesterday and at first thought it...

Trying the Blog thing

Well, thought I would try this. I am on day 10 of induction today. The scales were down 5 pounds this morning. I am happy with that as I haven't seen those numbers for a while. I need to up the exercise more. My legs are feeling very weary tho, not sure if that is a diet thing or just what, but it is not the norm for me.

This has all been quite a switch for me as I have been so ingrained to "low fat" everything. Can't believe what we can eat tho really am needing some variety....
