hi my name is heavenly rose08 and i've been on the induction phase for about six days now and i have lost 9 pounds i can;t really tell a diffrence i guess i have to wait a little longer,i just get very discouraged easily!!

1. 	Are you feeling a difference? Have you measured? Nine pounds is FANTASTIC!!! You go girl! I've lost almost 4 but I swear it feels like 100! I'm feeling SOOOO much better...every lb. I'll bet your energy level is up. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

2. 	actually denileigh i have not measured my self i've been meaning to do that all day today,but with my kid's keeping me busy i have not had a chance,but i do greatly appreciate your support,and congrtas on the four pounds!!
