It's been a while since I posted....but I am happy to say I am down to 147 pounds. That's 11 pounds. I only get on the scales on Tuesdays...cause I can't stand the fluctuating water weight. It's been a little slow. I don't care. I have become addicted to trying on my old smaller clothes. LOVE IT!

My oopsie rolls are in the oven and look good. I know I am supposed to wait till tommorrow, but I plan on trying tonight as we are having meatloaf. I put garlic powder in them. Still haven't been on the scale since Saturday. I want to wait. Went to work out today with my new music. It's the soundtrack from Mamma Mia........great workout tunes. I need music to keep me moving.

Ok...went out to eat and got a rubbed chicken salad. Seems when I go out to eat I have to face a lot of hidden carbs. Realized I was eating carrots as I finished the salad. There was also a familiar sweet taste to the roasted pecans. Won't get on the scale today.

Ok.. Tonight is Saturday and my husband and I go out to eat. Barbeque tonight, but I'm going to try to get a chicken salad with no barbeque on my chicken.....There's so much sugar in that! Hope it works out.
