Great walk yesterday all the way around the
Park...wow it feels so good and I really love the fresh air better than the gym where people breath in dust blown around by the machines and cleaning staff...NO THANKS!
Skipped FMS yesterday ( Still Sore!!!) but I will do it today...7:30 am 218.5 KEEP GOIN!!

Three weeks! Skipped yesterdays walk due to the rain (I was all dressed to go too!)
But todays a new day and I'm going out now
and I'll do FMS workout when I get back.
8am 219.5

Wow do I feel sore from yesterdays workout with the weights 2x is the key. 10am (219)
I feel so good and I know its working!!!
Signed up with Norbort yesterday and I want to be in Top form come August 17th...
I'M A LEAN MEAN AMBIT MACHINE!!!
