This is sooo frustrating. Eating all the right foods, exercising everyday til I'm ready to pass out and not losing a lb in over a week. I have pushed and pushed and gagged all this fat down and cannot get the scale to move a freakin little.Why?

I lost 4 of the 5 lbs I gained this week. What a boob! I am such a knucklehead for losing sight in the first place.
Anyway, I'm back on track and even exercising vigorously. I bought 2 of Jillian Michaels workout DVD's and her books to help motivate me. I can do this1 I just wish it wasn't so danged hard! ( see there's the lazy me poking her ugly head out!)
I hope today is a good day and I don't struggle too much.

Don't know what I was doing wrong but I am back on induction. I took the 2002 book out from the library again to reread. I am going nuts!
I was eating what I was supposed to and was down to 170. I've been stuck there for a while but I knew I needed to exercise more.
Wed I got on the scale and it was 175! I flipped out! My TOM was over there was no reason for weight gain. I ate a 1/4 of a wheat bagel with butter and a peppermint patty and 2 rolls of those NECCO wafers.

I am proud of myself. It's not always easy but for the most part I'm coming along. I really started exercising and I think that's got me 'feeling' good. All those endorphins.
Being 43 and having 4 kids I am a bit 'saggy' in the middle and hate it. I have to work harder on my middle. My friends say I should be proud of my baby pooch. EEWWW. I am proud of my kids not my fat!
