I was a bit off the track for a while- alright a lot off track. I found a recipe for low carb ice cream and made a pig of myself. I didn't gain anything but I didn't lose either. I was miserable looking in the mirror, cause I knew I was a loser doing this to myself.
I was jusyt on top of the freakin world! I shot myself right down. WHY O WHY DO I DO THIS TO MYSELF? I am my worst enemy.
Hopefully I can stay on track now.

Well it took forever! Or so it seems anyway. I finally went down to a size 12! From a 22 to a 12! One more size to go for me. The last 15 lbs are the hardest to lose I swear.
I did it and I will keep on doing it. Slow and steady.
I bought a new car the other day so buying clothes isn't an option right now, I couldn't afford a pack of gum right now!LOL!!
I feel on top of the world right now and I am going to enjoy it!

My oldest daughter had her baby 10 days ago and I have been so very busy that I haven't posted in a bit. I log in every day to read and catch up but haven't given my 2 cents. I lost another lb, woo hoo. Slow but steady wins the race, eh? I've been sticking to the Atkins plan, but really love the lo carb desserts! I know I have to cut back to lose quicker, but I can't! I'm such a junk food junkie! I know I have to change my behaviors, but it is so hard. I need to log in here more and really...

I hope this nice weather lasts. It's been in the 60's all w/e. I'm dead on my feet from working but take my 5 yr old to the park everday and what a relief not to trudge through snow! I know folks around here probably thought we were crazy @ the park in 15 degree weather but we are healthier because of it! Granny always told us, 20 min outside everyday will keep you healthy and make you feel good!
And to all of us having stalls, the warm weather is coming, lets take full advantage!I am ready...

Those numbers are falling back! I love it! I even have my friend this week and still weighed in 3 lbs lighter! Can't wait to get on next week.
I've got to scan some recipes for this weeks menus. Planning is a big part of this for me. Without a plan I see how easy it is to reach for something quick and not necessarily good for me.
